Elite Inventory & Property Services

Nikki & Sam are a mother and daughter team who have both previous experience working in the letting industry.

They established Elite inventory and property services in early 2016 after undertaking specialist training with the AIIC (Association of independent inventory clerks). In just 18 months they had over 100 properties which they had completed inventories for, carried out check in’s, check out’s and interim property inspections.

In the summer of 2016 they gained qualification and accreditation to carry out Legionella risk assessments and to date have carried out hundreds of assessments. The domestic energy assessor qualification and accreditation was gained in the summer of 2017, allowing us to carry out EPC’s and offer a full range of specialist services to our clients.
